Northern Utah Cancer Foundation (NUCF) is affiliated with Utah Hematology Oncology, PC (UHO), northern Utah’s premier independent cancer group. The funds raised by NUCF are generally used to pay insurance premiums and to offset the cost of uncompensated care for UHO patients. While UHO provides a great deal of charity care every year, UHO is simply not able to absorb the substantial losses that can occur for chemotherapy if the full cost of the drugs, supplies, administration, etc are not fully covered by insurance and patient-responsible co-insurance.

The mission of The Northern Utah Cancer Foundation is to provide funding for patients who may not be able to qualify for other charitable funding to help pay for their care; who cannot afford to pay their premiums, deductibles, transportation to their appointments, etc.
